- 4. Turn right at Daniels Pkwy/FL-865
- 5. Turn left at Ben C Pratt/6 Mile Cypress Pkwy/FL-865
- 6. Continue to follow Ben C Pratt/6 Mile Cypress Pkwy
- 7. Continue on Gladiolus Dr
- 8. Exit on the left onto Summerlin Rd
- 9. Turn left at San Carlos Blvd
- 10. Continue on Old San Carlos Blvd
- 11. Slight left at Estero Blvd
- 12. Lani Kai will be on your right
From South of Fort Myers:
- 1. Take I-75 North toward Fort Myers
- 2. Take exit 116 toward Bonita Springs
- 3. Straight along Bonita Beach Rd. This turns into Hickory Blvd
- 4. Continue on Hickory Blvd
- 5. This turns into Estero Blvd
- 6. Continue on Estero Blvd
- 7. Lani Kai will be on your left
From RSW International Airport:
1. Take Terminal Access Road to leave the airport
2. Turn left on Tree Line Ave.
3. Turn Right on Alico Rd.
4. Turn Right on US HWY 41 (S. Tamiami Trail)
5. Turn Left at 6 Miles Cypress Pkwy/Gladiolus Dr.
6. Continue on Gladiolus Dr.
7. Take the ramp on the left onto Summerlin Rd.
8. Take Exit on Right side to San Carlos Blvd.
9. Turn left onto San Carlos Blvd.
10. Continue onto Estero Blvd. (Over Matanzas Pass Bridge)
11. Stay to the Left
12. Hotel is on the Right.
To RSW International Airport:
1. Turn Left onto Estero Blvd. From the Hotel
2. Continue onto Estero Blvd. (Over Matanzas Pass Bridge)
3. Turn Right Summerlin Rd.
4. Turn Right onto Gladiolus Dr.
5. Turn Right on US HWY 41 (S. Tamiami Trail)
